They did say, at one point, that they were in a Michaels (arts and crafts supply store).

And the only thing I was able to glean from watching it all the way through was that she was buying something that was too big or bulky or something to fit into a regular shopping bag, so the cashier was recommending that she buy a "Michaels" bag--canvas or thick plastic or something which costs which would cost a bit more.

Then someone began to cusss, then they all started cussing, and then someone's father died, and someone's husband was cheating on her, and...

Ugh.

Racist entitled white woman attacks African American & Hispanic employees in Chicago store. Shouting she voted for Trump, African Americans discriminated against, her, reverse racism, calling them animals, etc., because in her words - they asked her to buy a large shopping bag. This is only 10 minutes of the almost 45 minute ordeal this woman put the employees of this store through. Several customers tried to intervene and waited until the police arrived (45 minutes later) so we could speak up for the employees of this store.
