1. We have to choose between governing ourselves under our Constitution and maintaining these

"free trade" agreements. We can't do both.

Republicans see anti-federalist conspiracies behind every Democratic bill and candidate, but the real enemy of local authority, of states' rights, of the sovereignty of the US is "free trade" as we now know it.

With each agreement we relinquish more and more of our sovereignty to multinational trade courts and organizations and the corporations that control them.

Free trade is a fool's paradise.
We have to end it and go back to self-government under our living Constitution.
