So far he's doing everything he said he would (aside from the "locking her up" thing). He's "shaking things up" like he promised, except not in a healthy way.

3. Actually, ... he has said both sides of every issue, so his word is useless.

For example he said he would exit NATO but he has also said he is 100% behind it (agreeing publicly when UK PM May quoted him at a press conference).

He has said he would "lock Hillary up" and he has said he would not.

So he thinks he is keeping his word, because he narcissistically can only remember agreeing with whatever he is saying at any given time. He adjusts what he says to whatever he thinks will please his audience at a given time.
