Scuffling about petty differences between ourselves is what DT and his minions would prefer. This guy speaks truth to anyone willing to listen. Empowering everyone makes a far better arsenal than a top-heavy hierarchy.

The Democratic presidential candidate has won the popular vote, but lost the election twice in just sixteen years. Election 2000 was close, (and Dubya a sane man), but 2016 was no contest. The Electoral College supposedly exists to prevent what just happened: allowing a demonstrably volatile and unhinged candidate (obvious with Trump early on) from becoming POTUS. In this case, the electoral vote difference from the popular vote was, unarguably, considerable. Trump disqualified himself by any sane measure many times during the primary and general contests. Most frightening, however, was the often violent defense of the followers of this candidate during the primaries. The Electoral College, in all fairness, might have been strung up had they truly done their duty. I've read theories that Russia/Putin never expected Trump to win, but wanted Hillary to contend with a large, savage resistance from Trump devotees. Makes sense. GET RID OF THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE, PLEASE!
