The 25th Amendment is just The Walking Dead version of impeachment. Every 30 days or so Trump could petition to resume the duties of the President. In fact since it requires a 2/3rds vote from the House to affirm the decision for removal, it is harder than impeachment.

Maybe if someone can bait Trump to repeat the accusation????

7. You can't just "remove a president from office." Seriously, that sounds like something Trump would

say. We are a nation that enforces the rule of law, and laws take time to enforce. The checks and balances system rightfully requires a time-consuming an d rigorous process for impeaching a president. And it involves Congress, which you may have noticed is dominated by the GOP in both houses. It will take patience and diplomacy to get enough Repubs on board with impeachment.
