I went to the Decorah Iowa Norwegian festival parade. The Democratic Party had a float with goofy insulting Sarah Palin impersonators that was hilarious and got large cheers from the crowd.
Renewed my faith in Iowa.

I have never gone to Nordic Fest, but I sure would have enjoyed seeing that float! Decorah is a great town. DH and I would love to live there.
