The Folder-in-Chief will sign the budget bill in secret without any press in attendance. Stupid Spice will deflect all questions and the next day, the Loser-in-Chief will tout the budget as the best, most beautiful budget ever seen.

The other day a thread was posted asking if our Democratic senators and representatives were "saying" the right things. I responded by arguing that what they do is just as if not more important than anything they can say. And this is what they have accomplished, quietly behind closed doors.

They have trumped Trump. For the time being, they have fended off the worst proposals of this administration, and that means that, for the time being, we're winning.

Schuler is well up for the task and Pelosi is smartly keep her people together and letting the Moderate Repubs carry our water against the Teabagging poo flinders. Part of any decision is to do nothing and she has done that very well.

She earned that victory lap. Thanks to all the Dems for sticking together and their assistants for doing the legwork.
