I was able to leave a few messages.
I was able to speak to a few of the staff.
This is an excellent link and very easy to navigate.
I am going to do a repeat performance tomorrow.
Are there any petitions being circulated ???
I would like to sign those as well.
I tried the one John Oliver set up, but could not get it to work.

(823 posts)When I explain the issue very simply, the reply usually runs toward "WTF, who thought that was a good idea"?

(18,647 posts)It is a partisan issue.
Democrats are for it so Republicans are against it.
The Trump administration is against it so Republicans are against it.
Most Republicans don't bother considering issues and making decisions based on their analysis anymore.
They don't judge issues by how it will affect their life or what consequences it will have.
They are told what to think by the massive Republican propaganda machine and that's what they think.
End of story.
So there is absolutely nothing that is not a partisan issue when dealing with Republicans today.

And I will call....................to remind them of this fact.....................

(19,569 posts)I sent an email and called him even though he's a jerk.
I told him I'd do my best to see him voted out if he supports it. It's a vow I swear to uphold. Since I know his corporate loving heart will support it, I need to plan to get very busy.
Still, I did try and I will work to try to oust him.

It's not just TrumpDon'tCare, but a massive, far-reaching wealthcare agenda. And to think many of his moronic supporters voted for him because they bought his blatant BS pretense of caring about anyone but himself (And maybe Ivanka, but only if she keeps working out.)
