Government wasting tax money abroad?
Hundreds of millions of dollars has been wasted on Iraq reconstruction with relatively little progress to show. Apparently infrastructure failures abroad are not isolated to just Iraq either, though. A new report shows a large amount of the US government's 400 million dollar investment in infrastructure in Afghanistan in last year was wasted as well.
