On Edit:
"It was clear from my conversations with them from hugging them," Abbott said. "And holding them and hearing their whispers into my ears that their faith in God was unwavering, that what they relied upon in that moment in time, and during the course of the vigil, later on, was both their faith but also the necessity for us to come together under one God to purge evil and to rely upon the love that God provides."

So their 'faith in god' -- hum, why did god choose for them to live and the others to die? The others, I assume, had faith also. Guess it didn't work.

i wish DU would ban links to GOPTV. Just my preference. Why advertise for them, no matter what the topic is.

the interests of only the very worst of the top 1% wealthiest, instead of pretending to be news organizations, just imagine how much better off the country would be.

'No place we'd rather be shot & killed by the dozens than at church.' I mean, seriously? What do their viewers think when they hear this garbage?

Of course many could have survived had they been shot in a trauma center, instead of a church!

During an interview with CBS on Monday, Abbott was asked how guns can be kept out of the hands of dangerous people. He replied by indicating he thinks prayers are the best way.

“You work with God,” he said.

11. Texas Governor Abbott...

Is the same Texas Governor who called up the Texas State Guard to monitor the US Military Special Operations Command doing a multi-state military exercise!! Instead of being a rational leader & putting an end to such absurd conspiracy theories that President Obama was going to use this exercise as cover to invade Texas, take their guns & declare martial law...Governor Abbott basically says "Yeah, it is possible that President Obama could try & do that" without saying those words but calling up the State Guard!

Talk Radio, FOX "News" & the countless Right Wing NUT JOB websites out there literally OWN THE GOP!

...And us Democrats are still fighting over the last election. NOT GOOD!
