1. They hacked into voter registration rolls

This is not the same thing as hacking into the election system.

2. If they delete Democrats registration info

It has the same effect, fewer democratic votes.

Especially if it’s done at the last minute so that it can’t be corrected for the current election.

3. It has the same effect. Changing voting rolls reduces votes for a candidate.

If the your ID doesn’t match the voter roll, you either cannot vote or you are forced to vote provisionally and most of those are not counted. It is no different than infiltrating an election system and changing tabulations or tabulating code.
