These celebrity ads had great intentions, and kudos to the actors that took part, but IMO they only galvanized the conservative voter if they ever saw it. They would have felt insulted by this ad. And it wouldn't help that there was so much foul language. (Even though their candidate was a shit spewing shithole). And I don't think it convinced any of the lazier Democrats to vote either.

Because to them while they think laughing at themselves and making fun of stereotypes like they did with the lines with some that obviously couldn't make it to the production site; "We're too famous to come to the studio, so we're singing on our phones", is funny. To a fully brainwashed deplorable, but even a moderate middle American conservative, its more like a moment of unintended truth about how elite and entitled they really are.
