foreign oil companies can bid on our leases just like domestic ones.
This whole policy thing sounds like a shakedown in some ways.

(1,587 posts)stolen from the Russian people. Almost assuredly he paid no taxes, and was part of the laundering process. The sex angle becomes more believable each passing day. Another possibility is Putin can expose him as a paid asset. Maybe the scumbag scores a trifecta.

We all are shocked to find out how much the gov't knows about us and most of us are pretty low profile in the greater scheme of things.
Good news: Imagine how much they know about Trump and his illicit dealings.
