Starting with Reagan and through to Cheney/Rumsfeld (in the pResidency of baby W), there have been a lot of appointments into chain-of-command positions that might be worrying.

Just like Ashcroft's hiring of Liberty University's spawn to staff positions within the DOJ.

Undermining a functional government takes time and steady subterfuge - unless you're just willing to take it head on with all the weaponry you have.

I find myself agreeing with David Frum, McCaffrey, Bloody Bill Kristol who never met a war he wasn't willing to feed our young soldiers into--who else?
