I've noticed that there are retweets of horribly racist, misogynist, xenophobic tweets/etc that I KNOW are meant to make these things SEEM like they're trending. They roil across twitter, FB, etc like the warning dance of a beehive. It's something that some online marketers have done for years. There are services that will retweet things from hundreds of account, sometimes FAR MORE than that in an effort to have whatever they're promoting seem wildly popular & interesting. Just like the morons who watch fuxspews who constantly repeat what they hear on that cesspool.

That's why whenever a Blue candidate wins in an area that "supposedly" hard for chump, there's such surprise. That bunch isn't nearly as numerous as they are claiming to be.. Just sayin'.

'Both sides are equal' is not the problem. The problem is the media monopoly, at one time there were some tens of thousands of media owners. Now there are only about five to seven who own nearly all the media. It used to be that the media didn't have to make money it had to inform the American People. So, the republicans started calling it the "liberal media" and their propaganda worked. Now "the media" has to make money, not inform the viewer, and as long as there is money to be made the "paid for media" will support the republican party which is all about money. Yea the democratic party is about money but, they also are about the American People. And how can you help the American People if there is money to be made by the 1% of the americans who own more than 90% of Americans.
