I looked it up...it stretches from El Paso to San Antonio. A lot of Hispanics, incl. many illegal immigrants, in that area of the country. So his district is being impacted heavily, probably.
So either Trump will kill his career, or he's gotten permission to voice objection because of the nature of his District. No one can win there, probably, if they aren't sympathetic to Hispanic's issues, I would think.
