however, I love Randi Rhodes, I remember listening to her on Air America years ago when all of them were broadcasting.. The Al Franken Show -The Majority Report: Sam Seder and Janeane ,
The Mike Malloy Show,The Young Turks with Cenk Uygur, The Thom Hartmann Show, Mike Papantonio, American Afternoon, featuring revolving celebrity guest hosts such as Richard Belzer, Joy Behar, Ron Reagan, and Roseanne Barr. Montel Across America, The Ron Reagan Show, The Rachel Maddow Show....

I miss Air America!

3. She's a treasure.

I remember her from way back as a D.J. at WIOD here in south Florida where her comments between songs got longer and longer and funnier and funnier until they finally just gave her her own show. Eventually she caught a lot of people's attention and moved up to West Palm at WJNO which had a great liberal line up back in the 90's - Lee Fowler, Jack Cole and Randi - some other guy I forget. Great AM radio back then. Not super political all the time, just funny and entertaining

Like a lot of local talent at stations across the country though, they were destroyed by corporate syndication. That crew was one of the first to go though when Rush Limpballs actually moved to Palm Beach and started doing his show from the station itself.

5. Rush Limbaugh was the first, even before Fox News...

His brand of Radio created Trump...and brought him out to run...along with Trump's hatred of Obama.

Smart as a whip and always sees what's coming down the pike well before it happens.

6. I wish we had Air America again

maybe with some of the old favorites and some new. I wonder if there are alot of new Liberal voices, but Right Wing Radio has taken over the AM dial along with Religious and Sports Talk...

8. I think his commercial probably turns off as many, or more, than it excites

I don't live in Florida, so I don't know that for sure
