10. We know exactly what 'welfare' programs will be cut and which won't.

The only ones to be cut will be very small programs like HUD programs, college loans etc.

All the other, big ticket 'welfare' programs will be "privatized," and end up costing TWICE as much because we will now insert a well-connected middle man who wants to squeeze a profit out of it.

Farm subsidies, coastal flood/hurricane insurance, student loans, Medicare, management of Social Security will all remain as they are, but will be turned over to private industry to manage less efficiently and at greater expense. It'll be a giant 'Medicare Advantage' boondoggle. Meanwhile, Mitt will make good on his promise to cut taxes for the top earners even more, so revenues will drop, and the deficit will explode. But somehow they'll find a way to blame it on 'welfare queens.'
