Is it knowingly? Or knowingly with intent to violate the law? This is an important distinction. Does anyone have the number of the statute he is alleged to have violated?

They are such awful liars and hypocrites. Trump's a savvy business man when they want to prop him up and just a "celebrity" when they want to excuse him.

Well, their base might believe that shit, but the courts won't.

Ignorantia juris non excusat or ignorantia legis neminem excusat (Latin for "ignorance of the law excuses not" and "ignorance of law excuses no one" respectively) is a legal principle holding that a person who is unaware of a law may not escape liability for violating that law merely because one was unaware of its content.
