I have been talking about this to my friends, why is it there is no discussion about getting rid of the electoral college? It serves no real purpose, it just opens the doors for cheating.

And this is a similar question I asked many of my friends during GW.

Knowing what they know about the orange buffoon and his family's business practices, would you engage in a business transaction with him or his family? What are the odds you will loose in that transaction? High, correct? So, knowing how corrupt the entire trump family is, why would you want them to lead your country, do you really think they will do it in the interest of the country or the interest of the family? If you guessed "in the interest of the trump family" then you guessed correctly.
