BUT, I think trump understand an MOU from a real estate prospective and not from this prospective. An MOU in real estate, while binding, is only an understanding of terms that will lead to a final contract. At least that's how I've used MOU's in commercial real estate brokerage. Again I hate defending that fuck, but I can understand where his confusion may come about since he is essentially a real estate guy.
