who couldn't do the math. BTW here is the math she couldn't do. 40/200 (365/14). A reasonable estimation if one didn't have a calculator would be 40/200 (52/2) = 1/5(26) = 5.2 which is, wait for it, 520%. Any reasonably well educated adult should be able to do that, after she said how to do the math. I admit, I would have left out the fee if I wasn't told to include it. My assumption being you pay the fee only one time, not repeatedly. So I would have done this problem. 20/200 (52/2) + 20/200 or 20/200 (27) which is 2.7 or 270%.
