A teenager in Elk Grove, California, was the target of an abusive, racist tirade by an older man, reports CBS13.

In the latest racially charged incident caught on camera and uploaded to social media, the man approached the teenager, wanting to know if she was his Uber. When she said no, he proceeded to berate her about her citizenship status.

“I am a U.S. citizen,” the distraught teen tells the man in the video.

“Prove it!” the man demands.

“Why would I have to prove it to you?” the teen asks.

“You’re not going to fucking do this to U.S. citizens anymore,” he continues.

“What am I doing?” she asks.

“You’re fucking taking a parking spot from a U.S. citizen.”

6. The guy left, and she waited but didn't see anyone coming, so she left

A spokesman for the Elk Grove Police Department said the man never called police. The girl, however, did call police. But by the time officers arrived, the man and girl had left.

“Since then, we’ve followed up with her and her family,” said Jason Jimenez, a spokesman for the department. “We’ve been in communication with them.”

I am not one who wants someone’s life ruined, but I would like to see him suffer supreme embarrassment.

I wish like hell she had asked him to “prove” he was a citizen.
