No Mystery Why Trump Wants TANKS At His New 4th of July Parade.

Two reasons:
1. So he can be like his ENVIED best friends, Kim and Putin, who both get to preside over huge military parades, and salute as tanks roll by. That's a long standing Communist tradition. (Not that Trump is a communist, unless you count his love of socialism for the rich. But it's not a communist thing, its a hyper-nationalist, oligarch thing. Nazis did it, too.)

2. He's REBRANDING YOUR COUNTRY as if it was a new acquisition at Trump Enterprises. The man has never built a thing in his life. He just buys other properties using Russian money, changes the name to TRUMP, spends a couple of years fussing over curtain and carpet motifs, and gold trim, while ignoring the business bottom line....and soon declared bankruptcy and moves on. Well, that's what he's doing to the USA. Fussing over the colors to paint Air Force 1, fussing over the uniforms that the White House guards wear (not as fancy as the French ones), and fussing over how many TANKS are in HIS parade vs. Kim and Putin's parades.

Am I the only one who finds this absolutely disgusting? Where are the so-called 'conservative' defenders of American history? Tawdry military parades are for tin pot despots, and the United States was NEVER meant to be a militaristic country, with a military empire.

The greatest act in U.S. history was Washington returning his commission as Commander in Chief of the Continental Army to Congress after the war of independence. By NOT putting on a petty show of military force, DESPITE having the strongest armed forces in the world, we proved we were BETTER than those petty dictatorships.

So he IS getting his parade as part of his takeover of July 4th? Some posters have referred to him as "Benedict Donald." This is an insult to Benedict Arnold. Arnold turned traitor because he felt he'd been "screwed over." Prior to that he'd served his country far better than Trump ever has. Arguably Trump has been a traitor, as well. 8. Trump doesn't seem to understand that given the option of free choice the majority of the military..

..in North Korea and Russian countries would leave to live in a free and open world.

Maybe here in the U.S., the usual 28-32% of the Trump loyal based would march in his honor "me" parade. But that would be it if our military members were not simply following the orders of their commanding officers.
