Fox News is the 21st Century's "Baghdad Bob."

Many people, including myself, keep asking themselves how Fox News can keep up this absurd, comical pretense of spinning Donald Trump as a great President; and who on earth is stupid enough to BELIEVE any of it? The answer is simple. Fox News is now filling the role of "Baghdad Bob" (Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf) in the last days of the Saddam regime in Iraq. Don't worry, it won't last forever. It's about to come tumbling down. The cracks are already showing.

Remember when Baghdad Bob was saying that all the 'infidels' had been personally destroyed by Saddam himself? And saying how there were no American troops in Iraq, while you could literally see U.S. tanks rolling by the windows behind him? Those broadcasts were ridiculously comical to the Americans that watched them, but they weren't targeted to Americans. They were targeted to the loyalist Saddam 'dead enders.' Something for them to hold onto, like an emotional life-jacket on a stormy sea. More for emotional comfort than reality. But, as long as he says SOMETHING, they can believe there's hope.

They didn't really BELIEVE anything he said, but they didn't have to believe all was lost as long as he KEPT TALKING. You'll finally know ALL IS TRULY LOST on the day that he STOPS TALKING.
And then it's every man for himself, running for his own 'spider hole.'

Finally the day came when we saw the Iraqi Ambassador to the U.N. wearing a suit instead of his uniform, trying to shove his key into the front door of his house, while the news cameras chased him down for a comment. His final words were "I have nothing to say, the game is over..." before disappearing into his house.

I look forward to the day when Kellyanne Conway, Sean Hannity, Lindsey Graham, Jason Chaffetz, Tucker Carlson, and all the other Trump propagandists will all be doing that. Most of them realizing they're one step away from PRISON for REAL crimes...not the shit they conjured up against Hillary Clinton.

But in the meantime we have to continue to listen to them. But the cracks are beginning to show.

Trump's buddy Judge Andrew Napolitano has stated publicly that Trump is guilty of Obstruction of Justice ON FOX NEWS. One of their star political reporters Carl Cameron has quit, and is now going on CNN to discuss what a bullshit mountain Fox News is. Megyn Kelly, Bill O'Reilley, and Greta Van Susternen have all been turfed out. I don't know what Shep Smith has on the Rupert family, but it must be good, because he's allowed to remain there every day explaining what a shit-storm the Trump Administration is.

Today on Fox News' Special Report, Johnathon Swan made his comments about Alan Dershowitz getting a massage at Jeffrey Epstein's house, only to have Washington Examiner editor Kristen Anderson try to shout over him about Epstein being "A BIG DEMOCRATIC PARTY DONOR!!" Sean Hannity's prime counter story about SETH RICH being the source of the hacked DNC emails has been exposed as a Russian counter intelligence operation; as he desperately shouts "WHATABOUT BILL CLINTON on Epstein's plane" over the noise.... A federal court judge has forbidden Bill "Bullfrog" Barr from pulling a cheap switcheroo on the Census Question legal team. The FBI Inspector General has determined definitively that Christopher Steele was a credible source, and that his dossier on Trump was NOT (to quote Hannity) 'full of Clinton bought and paid for Russian lies,' and that using it to obtain a FISA warrant was perfectly legitimate.

This monolithic house of cards is about to fall. And when it's no longer there to provide emotional support for the waning Republican base, who are probably reaching their cognitive dissonance limit; THEN you're going to see support for Trump fall off a cliff.
