As trump is known for not paying his bills. Although trump could probably pay him with taxpayer money now that the SCOTUS has approved diverting Congress's money.

Seth definitely seems rested up from vacation. I couldn't decide which bit I thought was the funniest - it was a toss up between the Trump brothers as projectiles or "Hmm, somebody who doesn't like Trump and also speaks Spanish? ...Busted!"
