Trump, for some mysterious reason, removed his name from the list of sanctioned Russians, and Moscow Mitch welcomed him to Kentucky. Deripaska couldn’t move his aluminum out of Russia, but has free reign in the good old U S of A. Quid pro quo.

"chunk of change" for this fiasco, with some going to tRump. Once the Russians get a footing in Kentucky, their Mafia will soon come over to "help organize the plant" They will stay, and take over like they did in NY. Instead of deporting Hispanics, the ones who really should be deported are Russians and their enablers like Moscow Mitch.
