2. Pakman's commentary is close to useless

Have a good look at the charts while he picks and chooses numbers to compare.
Canada's approval of Trump has embarrassingly gone up 3%. Israel's has unsurprisingly gone up 13% for Trump - and 20% from Obama.
Russia's confidence in Trump has gone down a whopping 34%.
In fact, if you look at confidence in Trump it has sadly gone up for most countries over the period from 2016 to 2018.
The only countries who have lost confidence in Trump on this screen shot are:
France, Germany, Greece, Russia, Tunisia and Argentina.
I think he is comparing Obama's best numbers with Trump's worst? But is that really what is needed to be known?

This is comparing the same years as he uses for Canada - so all's fair right? (edit: above is 2007 and 2018 - canada # are 2007 2016 -canada is more liking the orange dumpster in 2018.

Not sure that qualifies as an "outright lie" though, especially since it doesn't alter the point. Like Russia, Israel has reasons for approving of Trump that are not shared by the rest of the world. Trump has made us a pariah nation.
