Related: About this forumWho is the Mystery Author of the "Anonymous" book on Trump??
John Iadarola jokes that the writer of "Anonymous" won't release their identity because "maybe they are worried it will affect the voting for Dancing with the Stars?"
Cenk says it can't be one of the tRump kids because the writer is too intelligent.
Who dun it??

(14,961 posts)to her Cambridge Analytica/Mercer links. I am beginning to think it could be her, co-written with George. If not them, then a collaborative effort.

(7,947 posts)Pointed right to Kjirsten Nielsen. Also someone said the author is no longer in the White House, which cuts out KAC.
But I noticed George Conway is not tweeting about the book... which he'd probably do if he isn't involved.

They glide from trashcan to trashcan, listening to the Repukes' verbal traffic, reading their desks, cleaning spills and crumbs, wiping Repuke slobber off telephones, picking up anal leak pads that have fallen to the floor, and no one ever learning their names, faces and never saying "good morning" or "thank you". They take their notes to one of their children who is an English major at GWU and is their ghost writer.
Maybe not. Maybe it's the office aid staff who makes copies of notes and correspondence for distribution.
Maybe not. Maybe it's the secretaries ... Or an IT specialist who has turned every computer into a recorder, with the file stored on his secret server.
Maybe not. Maybe some foreign power has bugged the entire White House. When Donald takes a whiz, they can determine the volume from the intensity of the stream splash and it's duration.

(12,504 posts)would make for a great story. I wonder in what room Trump and his new spiritual adviser get it on.

(2,596 posts)There is this intriguing back and forth between she and her husband George, who several times daily excoriates Cheetolini Windbag on twitter. The two are both notorious for their wingnut support of the GOP for years. Now, he has been the one with the "voice of reason" about the Herr Dictator, and she's been the douche supposedly supporting this monstrosity. I can't remember where I read this, but while tRump was running, she was quoted as telling someone off the record that she felt like "she needed a shower" after having some conversation with him. I could believe she remains in the WH because she thinks that there needs to be a least a handful of people who realize what a disaster he is, and how with like-minded people as Miller and others, he would be much, much more dangerous without at least some buffers within the environment to try to reason him back from jumping completely off the cliff. I believe there are those True Believers, i.e., Miller, and then I believe there are others who remain because they feel they might - just might - be preventing him from running completely amok.

That makes me think she saw the opportunity to not only later be able to cry mea culpa and act like she was doing us all a service, but also to make money while doing it and self promoting (although Anonymous says all profit will be given to Charity...so then being charitable and patriotic can be claimed too...

(2,596 posts)I don't think that the majority of the people at the WH make that much money (it certainly wouldn't be enough to make me want a job there), and nobody is going to walk away without the stench of the West Wing wafting in their wakes. I think some people are there because the see what a wreck he is and how much more he could go off the rails without some of them following on his toilet papered trail to prevent some of his reckless orders from being enacted.
