The House can move with "deliberate" speed and still leave Trump in limbo on the scheduled date of the State of the Union. Bannon is already calling for Trump to delay the SOTU. Wonder when Pelosi might reschedule it -- if at all.

6. Schedule transmission of the Articles to the Senate on February 5,

the day after the SOTU. It would be fun to see a man have a nervous breakdown before a global audience of millions.

I'd buy popcorn futures in that case.
