He certainly is speaking for me and mirroring my thoughts. Gosh.

An adult is in the room there. What an amazing difference. Can we go back to intelligent adults in office, someday?

The CDC wizard in the beard should be addressing how the public is being informed, as well.

On February 25, Dr. Helen Chu, an infectious disease EXPERT at UWMC in Seattle, was one of the first MDs in WA to discover a patient - with no travel history or known link to the virus - who tested positive. Later in that day, she gathered with her team and other Seattle health care officials on a phone call with reps from the CDC (headed by Robert Redfield) to talk about the patient and what had transpired, and how they were going to proceed.

The message from the CDC was "Stop testing."

THAT, ladies and gents is who is in charge of the CDC. Robert Redfield, a trump appointee (with a background of right-wing religious zealotry). A man totally who, instead of following his training as a physician, is nothing more than a political hack, while lives are at stake.

The undisputed law of medicine - FIRST, DO NO HARM.
