on April 1st. Right when people need assistance the most. How EVIL! God, I hate them! I thank Seth for informing us but I am so angry about this. Trump's cruelty is beyond belief. He is truly a sadist.

While the program still allows people to signup through March 31 and temps were still below freezing in many places, WH proposed to Congress take money away from the home heating assistance program for coronovirus funding.
