He has been at war with the people, even those who don't realize they are enabling a genuine tyrant and the greatest threat to democracy we have ever seen in the US.

You could call a person who is a war with our general welfare Public Enemy No. 1. He has projected that on the press, but he often projects what is in the back of his mental septic tank outwards. Nothing new there. You can read him easier that way.
