The casino owners are in "such pain" because they have no workers and aren't making the big bucks they usually do.

This woman is a sociopath. She is also much like a typical Trump supporter - doesn't let facts get in the way of her agenda.

4. Set up of casinos.....

Roulette, blackjack, poker, craps.... you are sitting or standing inches away from people at the table.

Slot machines. In a casino, most are in banks with seats at which you are in closer proximity than the game tables. It is possible the slot machine setting could be restructured but it would require removal of 1/2 of them.
