to sue Tyson and other meat producers for not adequately protecting their workers. And as another footnote...if so many workers got sick w/ the CV this time around, how many got sick from before the CV, being that they were packed together like sardines, while working?

Makes me wonder if they (the meat producers) stifled talk or dissention or hid things when workers got previously sick (before CV)?

More specifically, if such large numbers of workers got sick w/ the CV, why hadn't such numbers of sick workers being noticed before, w/ the flu and other things that went around before (being that the environment was so enabling to the spread of the CV?).

Makes me nervous now, being that (1) the producers hid things from the public and (2) our meat products are probably infected?

If I were you, I'd be very careful in handling any meats from any processing plant. They've been cutting corners on FDA inspection programs too, for years, and obviously this is an pretty big issue.

The markets are always well stocked with vegan foods. Perhaps this is a good time to switch to a plant based diet. 😎
