Dr. Campbell states today that as states open, the number of cases will rise.

1. Disturbing news from New York

Dr. Campbell states in the above video that approx. 2/3 of the new cases showing up at hospitals in New York are people that HAVE BEEN STAYING HOME!

He does not know why this is occurring and is hoping that Gov. Cuomo may be able to offer insight towards this bizarre occurrence.

2. Chile and France have the right idea

It really needs to be county by county here, also. Numbers spike, back on quarantine.

We've got 3 counties that should be on full lockdown. Most of the others have fewer than 10 cases, many with fewer than 5. Some of that might be the scarcity of testing capability, but this is the land of wide open spaces and social distancing is how people live in those counties.

And can I just say it's utterly humiliating to be an American these days? We really need to take the garbage out in DC, especially.
