Herd immunity is mass vaccination but lots of cruel conservatives are promoting the lie that it means mass deaths and then whoever survives should be immune. It's not.

Test trace isolate has been proven to work. It's the hammer that breaks the pandemic down into manageable pieces. There would still be some local outbreaks but it wouldn't be nationwide. Many Asian countries did this early on and have already opened their economies and travel and schools and so on.
