Got mine on Friday. It's for the Primary on August 18

In Jacksonville FL (Duval County), I received an application form for a mail-in ballot in the mail last month; sent back the completed form the next day. Nothing.

Then I went to the Supervisor of Elections website, where I could (1) check my status, and (2) submit an application electronically. Last week, I did both. My ballot is ready to mail back, or drop off at the closest early polling place or at the SoE office downtown. This was a good test of the system before November.

I hope you have luck checking your status on-line and re-apply if necessary.
