The survival of our democracy DEPENDS on holding these traitorous PIGS accountable for their crimes against America.

NOTHING short of prison for the lot of these scum bags will be good enough to repair our nation.

or give guidance on who and what gets prosecuted. Statments by a nominee are problematic, because after the inauguration, the question becomes 'is this still your view'.

Kerry unfairly used this against Howard Dean in 2004, demanding that Dean say that bin Laden should get the death sentance. Howard refused, and was unfairly cast as 'soft'.

If Joe had said that he wants to prosecute Trump it would have been a right wing and media
talking point. Just like Hillary's put coal miners out of their jobs statement even though she
went on to say she wanted and would work for the miners have good green jobs.

Once he's in, he's hands-off on the AG and Congress, anyway.

He knows that democracy can use a hard shot at this criminality to move forward, even if media portray it otherwise.

can or will do to and about his lawlessness. He has to worry more about The Southern District of New York, and if he thinks that by simply moving to Florida that he'll be protected, he is sadly (for him) mistaken.

A President Biden has a lot of work ahead of him, just like they Republican's party always does, they leave a big fucking mess that the Democratic Party always has to clean up when they are voted in after Americans are fed up with the bullshit that they cause..12 years of Reagan/Bush Sr had us on the brink of economic disaster after their corporate give away, and then Bill Clinton came in and created 22 and a half MILLION new jobs. Bush Jr had us in an even WORSE situation than his father and the country was hemorrhaging 3/4 of a million jobs a week until Obama?Biden brought us back from the brink. Now this fucking disgrace of a human being has us near The Great Depression numbers because of his tax cuts and mishandling and inability to actually BE a president. Biden/ Harris and the Dems will be stuck having to clean up Trump's shit, I think they'll be able to get us back pretty quickly by taking the scientific approach and advice that the rest of the world follows

Lock him up.

between allowing justice to be served, and actively pushing for your political opponents to be jailed.

He’s clarifying that he’s going to be hands off and let the evidence lead where it may, and the weight of the Presidency shouldn’t be used to influence the outcome
of an investigation or prosecution.

No matter the outcome, it will be divisive. Trump supporters will absolutely become even more violent. Q-Anon will point to it as evidence of a conspiracy. Many conservatives will consider it a leftwing takeover. Right wing media will portray him as a victim of leftwing vindictiveness and it will turn him into a living martyr.

it’s probably for the best that Biden stay hands-free, and as far away from that inevitable shit-bomb as possible...

But I will be angrier than all fuck if nothing is done to prosecute Pussy-Grabber with the full weight of the law once his ugly, fat ass is kicked out of the White House. If he's allowed to escape as Tricky Dick Nixon was, it will be a travesty for the ages. I don't know how anyone could be held accountable for anything if Pussy-Grabber is allowed to escape.
