In 2020, the Northern Hemisphere autumn equinox came on September 22. Thus, for the Northern Hemisphere, the full moon that occurred on October 1 (the full moon closest to our autumn equinox) was our Harvest Moon.
I believe that a double harvest/blue moon would only happen in September.
