It spews propaganda with no relationship to reality and 40+% of Americans believe it.

If everybody realized how bad COVID-19 actually is and how badly Trump handled it, Trump would have lost 40 states,

The world of these people has no points of congruence with reality and right wing media reinforces and supports this detachment.

And as we go into a deep, dark Winter those states that are traditionally red and remained that way despite the facts are in for a world of hurt for a long time.

Another example of voting against your own interests and falling prey to right-wing propaganda. It's like a trance state.

Totally fabricated conspiracy theories get the same treatment as news.

They also act as continuous commercials for right wing candidates. Progressive and liberal candidates have to pay for exposure.

It's been proven that Carlson, plus others on fox 'new's are not credible, so why so many viewers?

That's what gets me. Since it's a show that is completely geared to say what they want to hear, how do you reach those people with truth and facts?

republicans have survived on lies, snake oil and fear. How do we stop it?

was THE Senator that was behind it 100% when it was decided.......

Outside the dissenters on the Supreme Court, it was interesting that two of the people most outspoken about it opening Corporate Fascism were Obama and Jimmy Carter.........

They felt that the allowing of any and all Corporate DARK MONEY, and money from other nations was ludicrous.......especially that the Donors did not have to be disclosed......
The Majority was all the Republicans on the Supreme Court. I can hardly wait until this newly installed RepubliCON Supreme Court gets to work shoving thru their agenda.......

of the RW news media monopoly was instigated by law changes by Reagan, and compounded since then.

So much of the U.S. population was asleep or totally self-absorbed in the 80's, then the 90's, then the 00's, and the 10's.

Where we are today, Nov 4th is the culmination of FOUR DECADES of Republican's degrading the constitution, and Rule of Law.

The perfect title of a book written about these past 40 years would be: WHILE THE NATION SLEPT
but that title has already been used decades ago.......

rules, and allowed for further media consolidation. Hate Radio has been doing its job very well for more than 30 years. Reagan had deregulated the media in the 1980s, and opened the path to Hate Radio, then came Infotainment and Fox.

But we can't just target one without the other. Within their spheres, they're both just too pervasive to leave alone.
