What I am thankful for with regard to TLP is that with these podcasts they appear to have decided to hold master classes in government for those of us who need better info.

9. Reassuring in one sense. . .

. . .but I fear the consequences of convincing something like 50,000 Americans that the election corruptly deprived DT of a lawful victory, coupled with an unprecedented demonization of Democrats and anyone else who doesn't 100% support DT, is stochastic terrorism --- and there WILL be consequences.

We need to acknowledge the threat. I fear that as long as the MAGA fanatics believe there is a chance of overturning the election they will remain on the sidelines. But when all avenues are closed -- on Jan 6, 2021, when the electors are counted -- I fear their rage will erupt.

We need to recognize this. I'm not sure what we need to do differently, but I think we need to do more than reassure ourselves we can discount his efforts because the stated aim, overturning the election, is futile.

The truth is, I don't think overturning the election is the true aim. I think deepening division and fomenting violent rage is the real goal. And their efforts on that are far from futile.
