(206,045 posts)Unfortunately, MSNBC didn't include the video of what he said, only Chuck Rosenberg's follow up - But he did reiterate much of what Lawrence had said in his answers and of course he was very informative too. And I agree with you, if no one pays for this unprecedented Trump era crime spree, I really don't think I can take it, I know this country sure can't!

(36,137 posts)Swalwell shows that Democrats are well aware of the sealing up they have to do around the use of pardons, either through legislation or through the DOJ and courts. Viewers get expert and insightful information from O'Donnell's speakers no matter how complex the cases are.

(206,045 posts)I thought Lawrence was excellent in this segment and Swalwell was great, too, always a favorite guest. I wish that the entire segment was available on YouTube, but part of it was better than nothing - I thought this was the best explanation of the night.

(36,137 posts)I'm partial to Chris Hayes' guests' explanations just because he hit the heart of the pardon issues about two hours earlier.

(206,045 posts)Clearly underrated compared to the better-known Rachel and Lawrence. I really started paying attention to him when I tuned into one of his Town Halls. He gave a kind of mini-lecture at the beginning, explaining the issues, and he was so informed and explained so clearly that I was impressed, so I've paid close attention to his take on things ever since. He's clearly one of the best on MSNBC.
