She says that how Trump saying he believed Putin that he did not meddle in 2016 election, andR wasn't involved in the hacking dump that led up to the election - she says for for the Russians she thinks that was basically a green light.

Your headline made me think he directly okayed some kind of shit.

Trump has NO SCRUPLES. He's entirely transactional. If it benefits him, it's all good. Sometimes what Trump views as benefiting him includes destroying anything and everything to seek revenge. Trump is fully capable of allowing Russia to invade the US in any way they wish. He is NOT an American. He's a traitor.
