This is bullshit, I see no evidence that this young lady is teaching other Russians how to speak English for upcoming protests.
For about 7 years now I've been viewing camgirl sites from all over the world, there are literally thousands of Russian women on these sites, and over 90% of them speak English as well as this young woman. It's very possible that this young woman is a camgirl herself, and It's possible she was tipped by someone to say these phrases.
