From inception, the word "GO", planning, ecological statements, drafting, permits(OMG), site surveyors, knowing foundational needs for presses and robots, HVAC/Electricians/plumbers, union contracts, materials ordering and delivery times, contracts for pre-built parts, a concrete plant on site, skilled crane/equipment operators, high steel workers, site security force, inspection peeps, trash removal, fill in your own blanks...................throw a pebble into a still pond.....
