(492 posts)But, dang it, Stephanie, did I hear you refer to "pundints"? Where in heck did that extra "n" come from. I've heard a lot of lesser people stick it into the word "pundit" but i was hoping you, at least, would fight against the tide.
I expect Romney to come out with his zinger guns a'blazing. I only hope the President can withstand the withering barrage of one liners that he's going to get shelled with. I've seen a couple of them online already, and . . .no, I can't continue. It's too absurd. Republican one liners are a contradiction in terms. The very notion of "Republican wit" and "Republican humor" is oxymoronic.
My prediction: Obama will pitch a great game and Romney will end the evening hitless and witless.

Honestly. As far as I've been able to see, no provider out there has bothered to establish the kind of broadcast bandwidth in order to make good on this.
Try it at 3 am.
But it's actually better to read the threads on DU, anyway.
This was a brilliant move.

(3,269 posts)The strategy and execution of this campaign, on all levels, in all media, has been breathtakingly effective.
The campaign itself gives us a great model for reviving this country and economy. It's leading by example.
Contrast the vitality of the spokesperson, too, with the tired-looking Republicans and their fusty old convention.
Disclaimer: I don't know anybody in the campaign and, in fact, voted for Hillary Clinton in the last Democratic convention. However, I have to give props when they are due.
