Party over country.
Party over democracy itself.

Crooked.
Cheater.
Sociopath.
And we KNOW Mitch cheated to win his election in KY. I read some stuff about 'irregularities' there.

The worst Americans with guns have him believing he has no choice.

(13,616 posts)It does not matter if Trump outright called to execute a GOP
It does not matter if Trump outright called to attack a family member of a GOP
It does not matter if trump threatens the very people who VOTE for a GOP
The GOP will always kiss his ass, every single time, with a reliability that makes a Rolex watch seem like junk.
Why
because the GOP are addicts, fed on luxury and EGO, which their billionaire handlers feed them.
NEVER, EVER Trust a GOP member, especially the ones that say they are a new type of GOP. This is something that should have died with Bush.

(25,517 posts)That McConnell and others would support the GOP nominee, even if it's Trump, is the least surprising thing in politics.
It's more surprising that people on DU seem to think he'd announce four years ahead of time that he's going to support the Democratic nominee, because that would be the only real alternative.
You really think McConnell was going to answer, "No, I'd support Biden's reelection"?
lol, no.
