Arizona’s partisan ballot review is finally coming to a close. But with new reports of ballot copies being taken into the woods of Montana, is a recount like this even legal? Tiffany Cross answers this week’s viewer question in the latest edition of Make it Make Sense. Aired on 06/19/2021.

1. Of course it's illegal.

The ballots didn't have to leave Arizona to make it illegal. Ballots, voting systems, and other voting materials are no longer in the custody of election officials. They were no longer in the custody of election officials when they were given to the Qanon Cyber Ninjas.

This fraudit violates federal law, Title 52 - Voting and Elections - Subtitle I and II.

Tiffany doesn't go far enough in explaining the seriousness of this fraud. This fraudit is a continuation of the 1/6 insurrection. Remember now, the 1/6 insurrection was predicated on the lie that our election was rigged, was stolen from MF45. Of course whatever the final verdict from Cyber Ninjas isn't going to change the results of the election, IT ISN'T INTENDED TO DO THAT. This fraudit is intended to convince millions of Americans that our democratic elections are rigged for Democrats. The outcome of the fraudit is to give credence to the Republican controlled states for passing Republican biased voting laws. It is also intended to be used as evidence to beat back law suits filed by Democrats to nullify these new voting restrictions.

I guess I'm being impatient when I say, where is our DOJ? It did write a stern letter to the Cyber Ninjas, I wonder if they even read the letter?

3. It seems like we're reluctant to "rile up" Trumpers.

Sometimes we act as though we're afraid of them.
