CNN's Brian Stelter emailed Fox News a number of questions about host Tucker Carlson's claim that the FBI was behind the January 6 Capitol insurrection and why their team of journalists have not investigated the veracity of the allegations.

1. Would fox fact check commentators? Do they have any fact reporters?

Does fox, in fact, have fact checkers?

In the event of gross, 3-4 pinnochios lies, what would the fact checkers do with their findings?

2. Fact checkers would get in the way of propaganda

and propaganda is what Rupert and Lachlan Murdoch are selling, it's their only real product.

Tge FCC should have forced them to strip the word "NEWS" off their network decades ago. It's false advertising.

As for the idiot Hannity, someone needs to tell him to put up or shut up, produce those magical documents or get sued for slandering an entire government agency.

Shaming doesn't work on sociopaths. You have to start costing them money.

3. THEY LEARNED BETTER

Shepard Smith fact checked Tucker Carlson two years ago and Fox News slapped him down for it. Smith left Fox News soon after (one year before his contract was set to expire). There is no hard news team on Fox News any more.
